Indonesia Entry Requirements

Passport: US passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date and have one blank visa page.

Visa: US passport holders are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for up to 30 days, which can be extended for another 30 days. It’s recommended to bring $35 USD for the VOA fee.

Health Requirements: Routine vaccinations are advised. Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and COVID-19 vaccination proof may be requested. Malaria prevention is encouraged, particularly for rural areas.

We REQUIRE purchasing travel insurance to protect you and your investment in case of an emergency. Everyone's needs are different, and you can do a search on the best travel insurance to meet your needs. Here is a list of some popular travel insurance providers.

All monthly payments are due the 15th of every month

Bi-weekly payments are due 10th and 20th of every month.

LATE FEES IS $25 PER PAYMENT (unless arrangements made prior)

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are made to be flexible and budget friendly. If you every need to make adjustments, email us and we will accommodate you best way possible. All payments will be automatically deducted from the account that you have on file.

REFUNDS: Deposits are refundable within 30 days of purchase or 60 day prior to departure (which ever date is first). All payments after deposit to Powerwoman International are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Powerwoman International has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. That's why we require travel insurance.
ROOMMATE MATCHING: Roommate matching is available. You will be matched with a roommate 30 days before your trip departure date.
ITINERARIES: Itineraries are subject to change in making the best decision for the group and vendor availability. Finalized itineraries are delivered to participants 30 days before the start of the trip.
NAME CORRECTION & CHANGE: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
